In addition to Rockland's project experiences, some of Rockland's key accomplishments include:

Accomplishments

  • Implementing an enterprise procurement solution and a new Expense Authority policy within the BC Government, a two-year project, which combined the self service rollout of iProcurement to approximately 27,000 users as well as iExpenses and iProcurement refinements.

  • Developing a strategic corporate solution for Enterprise Contract Management for BC Provincial Government and implementing the first phase of a large multi-year, multi-million dollar corporate initiative across diverse ministries and stakeholder groups.

  • Implementing the Corporate Enterprise Budgeting System for BC Government, a corporate web-based custom application to manage both ministry budgeting activities as well as a chart of account maintenance program.
